The Storybook Character Parade is back in full swing and bigger than ever!

Families and staff gather for a picnic dinner and ice cream to celebrate the new year sponsored by the PTA.

Dozens of Parklawn families braved the heat to enjoy Popsicles on the Playground on Monday. Attendees were able to reconnect with one another, ask questions about improvements to the school, and eat popsicles served by our newest assistant principal, Mr. Simms-Smith.

Congratulations to our amazing Parent Liaison Afifa Boltè who was recognized as the FCPS 2021 Region 2 Outstanding School-Based Operational Employee!

Congratulations to Art Teacher Kirsten Looney, Preschool Autism Teacher Jennifer Reynolds, and Instructional Assistant Claudia Lupoletti on being recognized at the 2018 FCPS Honors Ceremony!
