Ms. Boltè Recognized as the FCPS 2021 Region 2 Outstanding School-Based Operational Employee
Ms. Martin and Ms. Nious Also Recognized at FCPS Honors!
Congratulations to our amazing Parent Liaison Afifa Boltè who was recognized as the FCPS 2021 Region 2 Outstanding School-Based Operational Employee and one of the six finalists for the FCPS Outstanding School-Based Operational Employee at this year's FCPS Honors event, held at Jiffy Lube Live on June 9th.
Afifa Boltè has been a dedicated parent liaison at Parklawn Elementary for seven years. She believes highly in the importance of building relationships, and her fluency in Arabic and Spanish further assists in building capacity to support families and students. Afifa has strong community partnerships which help her connect parents with resources and advocate for the unique needs of our community. She is passionate about going above and beyond to educate families and ensure all students have their basic physical, emotional, and educational needs met. The Parklawn teachers and staff value Afifa as a true partner in our school’s mission: Welcome. Engage. Educate.
