Parklawn partnered with Capital Area Food Bank and held our first monthly food market on Thursday. The market was run teacher volunteers and local high school students getting service hours and was a huge success! Even though the market was open from 5:00pm to 7:00pm but the food, which was 70% fresh produce, was gone by 6:00pm. The Panther community can attend the next monthly food market on on November 9th.
