Parklawn staff and families went on our first family field trip of the year, this time to the National Museum of African American History and Culture

Parklawn's first PTA meeting included pizza and drinks.

Graduating Seniors from Justice and Annandale High School returned to Parklawn Elementary. Current students and staff were waiting to cheer them on and clap them out.

Our talented Kindergarten classes showed families all that they learned this through song and dance.

Parklawn was treated to the music of our talented strings and band musicians on Monday, which also featured some acting chops from staff members.

Families were encouraged to bring an artifact to showcase, perform at our open mic, dress in traditional clothing or just show up and take a photo

Our Parklawn Family Night was a wonderful celebration of our global community.

Panthers took some time out of their learning to enjoy the eclipse today

Families of rising Kindergartners toured the school, met the staff and learned about school expectations today while the new Panthers explored the classrooms. Part of the day featured a video following a typical day in Kindergarten.
